The positive and healing effect of water charged with good thoughts and intentions

The Healing Power of Water by Sue Cartwright, Spiral Leaf

Dr. Masaru Emoto was a Japanese scientist who revolutionised the idea that our thoughts and intentions impact the physical realm. He was one of the most important water researchers the world has known.

For over 20 years until he passed away in 2014, he studied the scientific evidence of how the molecular structure in water transforms when it is exposed to human words, thoughts, sounds and intentions.

The Wellness Enterprise website explains Dr Emoto's work and the hidden messages he found in water, and how he discovered that prayer and good intentions restored polluted and toxic water to beautifully formed geometric crystals found in clean, healthy water.

When we know that human beings are made up of up to 60% water, it is easy to see how our thoughts, words and intentions might have an impact on how we feel. It follows that if good thoughts and intentions have a positive effect on us, they must also have a positive impact on Mother Earth and the collective consciousness as well.

Water has a memory and carries within it our thoughts and prayers.

As you yourself are water, no matter where you are, your prayers will be carried to the rest of the world.

Masaru Emoto

Try a water manifestation

This is a great way to practice focusing on and manifesting something you desire by carrying out this simple ritual:

1) First organise a pen and piece of paper, a couple of pieces of tape and a glass filled with pure filtered water.

2) Settle somewhere comfortably and relax by breathing deeply until your whole body feels calm and still.

3) Think about what it is you want and how you want it to make you feel - be specific with as much detail as possible.

4) Write down your intention on a small piece of paper and attach it to the glass of water with the tape.

5) Continue thinking about what you want and rub your hands together as quickly as possible for 2 minutes.

6) Then place your hands one inch away from the glass on either side.

7) Now visualise the outcome of your intention with joyful feeling and emotion.

8) Drink the water.

If this exercise does nothing but help us to focus the mind on something we wish for, it is a worthwhile exercise. The secret to a successful manifestation is to state exactly what it is you want, put all your feelings and intention into it, and then leave it alone. It is not up to you to decide how or when it will happen, only to be clear about the outcome you want. This is a very hard thing to do but if we allow ourselves to focus on what we haven't got and why it's taking so long, we give the lack we feel more energy which means we keep getting more of it.

Instead, practice imagining repeatedly how it's going to feel when your wish comes true. This serves to raise your vibration to match the frequency of the newfound happiness or fulfilment you desire, and ensures you are ready to take it on board.

I am due to read a book about this called 8 Secrets to Powerful Manifesting: How to Create the Reality of Your Dreams by manifestation expert, Mandy Morris. This book comes highly recommended by Medical Medium and promises to provide invaluable insights on how to align with your best intentions for your highest good in order to manifest a beautiful life.
