Full Pink Moon

So named for the first pink flowers of Spring;

Lenten Rose, Pink Dawn Viburnum and Cuckooflowers;     

Pretty pink Primroses, Magnolias and Bleeding Hearts;

Nature's gifts, petals drifting down from leafy bowers.

Easter's Egg Moon, when we break out of our shell;

Sprouting Grass, Fish, Frog, Loon or Thundering Moons too.

Say, fling open the shutters, let your heart open and bloom.
