Walk With Me

A poem about stepping out for a vibrant walk along the beach

Walk With Me - A Poem by Sue Cartwright, Spiral Leaf

Walk with me on the edge of the sea;

As waves crescendo into swells;

And spill into smooth arcs that glide towards me.

Walk with me to the ebb and flow of the ocean;

See the waves come in and then go out again;

Feel the push and pull of forces deep within.

Walk with me to the yin and yang of the shoreline;

The stillness charged with vibrant frequency;

Where energy plays on scales of peace and harmony.

Walk with me through the light and sound sensations;

Breathe in the salty air of this wild location;

Enjoy the magnificence of nature's design and creation.
