Sensing Nature
Sensing the healing touch of Nature's esssence and vitality
A raindrop fell silently on my skin;
A perfect globe of energy, glistening;
Thrilling, fleeting, a charge within;
Touching my inner spiritual being.
My breath made a cloud in the air;
Billowing, floating out to disappear;
Leaving no trace of being there;
Dissipated, absorbed into the ether.
A heady scent floats on the breeze;
Awakening a sense of wonderment and ease;
Sweet nectar drifting from the Lavendar field;
Essential oils delicious, born to please.
A ripened apple falls from a tree;
Smooth and round in red, yellow and green;
As fresh as life itself, vitality;
The first juicy bite, crunch, a taste bud's dream.
I heard a Robin in the early dawn;
Singing a bright and beautiful song;
Like ripples of magic, gentle yet strong;
The delightful music of Nature's own.
Sensing Nature in all its forms;
Stimulates the mind, body and soul;
In sight, smell, taste, touch and sound;
The healing tonic of Nature abounds.
