Jars In Rows

A poem about rows of cookie jars see through a child's eyes

Jars in Rows - A Poem by Sue Cartwright, Spiral Leaf

I looked up as a child;

And counted, wide eyed;

Labelled jars in rows.

All along the shelf they sat;

From small to big;

And round to flat;

With names I didn't know.
