Envigorate your health with the healing energy of living water

Dancing with Water by M J Pangman MS and Melanie Evans - Book Review by Sue Cartwright, Spiral Leaf

Understanding the unique qualities and powerful energy of living water helps us to appreciate the forces contained within us. The spiritual dance of water is replicated in the water, blood and other fluids that circulate within us. The vortices, vibrations and frequencies that energise and sustain us are the essence of life itself.

This wonderful, enlightening book was written by M J Pangman, who is a writer and natural scientist, and Melanie Evans, who is an intuitive and healer whose earliest memories are of connecting with the Earth. This partnership of perspectives brings together the scientific and spiritual aspects of one our most precious resources, together with practical guidance on how to cleanse, structure and enliven our water for optimum health.

Dancing with Water is written as a two-part guide to enlighten the reader about the magnificent properties of water backed by scientific research. Part one explains in layman's terms the foundation and scientific basis, focusing on water's unique qualities. Part two provides instructions so that anyone can treat, structure, enhance and revitalise their water in the most natural ways.

This book opened my eyes to the profound and moving dance of water and has strengthened my relationship to become a partnership where my respect and gratitude for this life-giving substance knows no bounds.

The nature of water

The underlying focus for Dancing with Water is a concept described by Charles Eisenstein in his book, The Ascent of Humanity where he states that we have entered the Age of Water. This is when we join hands with Nature and work together as we return to the garden where we were born. This springs from a growing awareness that we can no longer live in a throw-away society.

The true nature of water was recognised by Viktor Schauberger [1885 - 1958] who was unschooled in traditional scientific dogma, relying on insights which came from his observation of Nature in the Austrain forest. Viktor's theories revolved around the concept of implosion, centripetal force and inward spiralling which he recognised as a more effective and sustainable way to capture energy, compared to explosion, centrifugal force and outward expansion.

One of the most wonderful descriptions of water is mentioned in the beginning of the book which centres on movement where we are encouraged to think of the words used to describe water in Nature. The words imply not just movement but freedom such as: dancing, splashing, laughing, rippling, gurgling, frolicking, etc.

This makes sense because water becomes stagnent without movement which means harmful microbes and waste elements accumulate - in the same way we become sluggish without fresh, clean water, nutritious food and exercise. Movement in water provides the ability to exchange oxygen and other gasses which helps to remove waste. Movement also helps to ionize (or energise) the minterals in water which makes it nutritionally good for us and much more than a liquid that quenches our thirst.

The science of water

Dancing with Water contains many references to naturalists and scientists who have made ground-breaking discoveries over the centuries, many of which have been hidden from us. This is because the best water for us to drink is clean spring water rather than treated water or water contained in plastic bottles which are detremental to our health and Planet Earth with billions of non-degradable bottles being thrown into landfills every month.

Viktor Schauberger [1885-1958], through his observations about water, identified the polarity of Nature's engine, and the power of polarised forces whereby he invented a water turbine that harnessed vortices and spirals to generate energy.

Even earlier, German Astrologer, James Kepler [1571 - 1630] measured movement inside vortices of water where he observed the natural pulsation of contraction and expansion. He noted that this process gathers energy from the Universe as it is pulled by the force of gravity to draw contents upwards and outwards. This is how mineral-rich sediment from the bottom of the ocean and rivers is brought to the surface and recycled. This is also how sap is drawn upwards in a spiralling motion in the tallest trees.

Hungarian biochemist, Albert Szent-Gyorgyi [1893 - 1986] won the Nobel Prize in 1937 for his work on biological functions consisting of the building and destruction of water structures. He stated that water is part and parcel of the living machinery and is the very essence of the living state. Albert identified water’s role in the assembly, activation, functioning, maintenance and recycling of biological structures such as proteins, DNA and membranes.

Albert also identified that hydogen and oxygen interact in a delicate balance of liberating and delivering energy to the cells where the combustion of hydrogen is made possible by oxygen. This is the real energy-supplying reaction that provides our bodies with fuel whereby hydrogen and oxygen interact in a delicate balance liberating energy and delivering it to cells in tiny portions.

The union of salt and water

The research of French scientist, René Quinton [1866 - 1925] verified the striking similarity between the ocean and the composition of human bodily fluids. After years of investigation, René proved that an organism's survival depends on maintaining its own internal ocean.

This is because salts give water the ability to conduct energy and transmit or store information. Salts help to structure water and hold it in its crystalline form. In Nature, alkeline materials including calcium, magnesium and potassium balance the sodium content. This is why it is important for us to make sure we are consuming the right kind of salt such as Celtic Sea Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt or Redmond's Real Salt which contain up to around 84 different minerals which are essential for health.

By comparison, refined Table Salt is harmful to us because it contains 97 to 99 percent sodium chloride with anticaking agents which over time can cause blood pressure, heart disease, strokes and kidney problems. This is why we are advised by the food industry to reduce our salt intake which bypasses the need for us to consume plenty of real salt on a daily basis.

You can find more information about the importance of real salt in my book review for The Salt Fix by Dr James DiNicolantonio.

The complete water cycle

All our water has been on a long journey of which its time spent underground is of critical importance. This is something omitted from school text books where students are taught that the water cycle involves evaporation from lakes, rivers and oceans ... and is cleansed as it condenses through clouds.

Viktor Schauberger determined that unless water is allowed to complete the underground part of the water cycle (which includes rising to the surface on its own), the water is not mature or ripe and is therefore incapable of sustaining the hightest quality of life.

As stated in the book: this part of water's process can take hundreds, thousands or even millions of years. The longer the journey, the more life force water brings with it to the surface. This is why most natural spring water is crystal clear. It constitutes full-spectrum, living water that carries many of the Earth's resonant frequencies that bring balance to the human body.

The return of energisied water

Municipal water (and water stored in plastic bottles) has been stripped of its crystalline structure and its life force. It is stripped of its energy as it travels through pressurised pipes or during treatment where chemicals are used and unhealthy substances are incorporated.

Dancing with Water is therefore imperative in helping us to create our own full spectrum, living water which is a coherent, living, liquid crystal, capable of supplying life force for all of creation. Many of us are waking up to the realisation that depite the situation, we can take steps to return life to water and not just to the water we drink.

There are many suggested ways to treat water to bring it back to its original blue-print of life-giving energy and nourishment in the second half of the book. From this wealth of information, I now pour my filtered water into a large glass bottle where I have placed a non-irradiated Blue Topaz crystal which carries the blueprint for water's original life-sustaining patterns. I then sit the bottle on a beautifully handmade Copper Triskelion which adds piezoelectric and magnetic energy. This helps to erase dense vibrations and raises the water's overall frequency.

As the authors clearly state, it is our responsibility and our stewardship to not only revitalise the water we drink but to communicate with all the water on our beautiful Planet Earth. As I said in a previous post, The Healing Energy of Water, water has a memory and the way we treat it, the words we say and the intentions we partake when we are close to water for whatever reason, are carried out in ripples across the world.

Just as our thoughts send out low or high frequency vibrations, it is the same with water. Remember this the next time you drink a glass of pure energy, take a shower or dip your toes in the ocean waves. Infuse this living miracle of life with words of love and be a positive force for good.

Thank you for reading and I look forward to seeing you again soon.
