November's New Beaver Moon represents the time when Beavers start to build their dams in preparation for the Winter months ahead. It's also when the first hard frosts mark the turning point towards the colder months, reminding us that rest and hibernation are important for our wellbeing and growth. It's a time to let go of past troubles or grief to clear the way to look forward to a new season and the brand new year coming soon.

New Beaver Moon - rest and manifestation

The New Beaver Moon, just like any New Moon, brings about a period of change. It provides a chance for us to rest and plant seeds for our dreams to come true, using the power of manifestation.

It means establishing a clear vision for the future we most desire and focusing on this through our daily visualisation and meditation practices. This raises our frequency so that we become more closely aligned to things that are most important to us and the things we most want to bring into our lives.

Typically, when the New Moon travels through a water sign, we’re prompted to assess our emotions in quiet solitude.

New Beaver Moon in Scorpio - alchemy and creation

The New Hunter's Moon in Scorpio can stir up tender emotions and memories. This water-fuelled sign affects us emotionally which gives us a keen intuition and a strong ability to see things clearly. It can also make us feel moody which is why, during this phase, it is advised that we patiently examine our feelings and work through them.

It is important to remember that feelings are fleeting and not final. This is why working through our emotions during this time is the best approach rather than reacting to them unconsciously. The veil is thin during this shadowy season, so be prepared to confront and uncover the mysteries that lie within.

Scorpio is a fixed water sign bringing raw passion to the surface which has the power to penetrate beyond the surface. Its Plutonian sorcery is a catalyst for alchemy and creation, but surrender is the key to transformation.

We must also take into account the influence of unpredictable Uranus which can be disruptive and volatile so stay centered and resilient by taking care of yourself and spending more time in Nature.
