On the banks of the river, a sandy cove;

With flat rocks and pebbles, twisted Oak roots;

An oasis where gently, the water laps;

Being the flow.

Fish darting, as clear as jewelled crystals;

Swift and certain, scales glinting, eyes listening;

Swimming nimbly round the stones, gliding with fins closed;

Being the flow.

All around, sounds, of life, above and below ground;

Nature working purposefully, to feed, create, produce, grow;

Mother Nature's orchestra, her grand design on show;

Being the flow.

Hear the Robin singing, high in the crest of a tree;

Being the most perfect Robin a Robin can be;

Knowing that you - and me - and all of Nature's creatures;

Have the right to live together in harmony, to be free, to grow;

Being the flow.
